The hotel was perfect and clean, everything was superb. The breakfast was savoury and well presented with fruit salad and toast, as example. The staff members were all outstandingly helpful and very efficient. The venue location was comfortable in the pub attached.

Loved our stay there and would stay here again. Huge room with ill fitting single glazed windows, the staff was lively. The food we tried was incredible and they have lots of meals to choose from. Could use their easy parking.

Friendly staff and a great location for exploring the new forest. The children's play den kept the kids happy so parents could relax and unwind whilst watching them. 50 pounds per night for a family room that sleeps 4 is tremendous value for money.
The extra bed in the room facility advertised on your website is not available at this hotel.

The room was clean, beds comfortable and all worked as it should. £50 for a family room is a bargain. Breakfast was good but cannot comment on evening meal as we did not eat in the restaurant.
The Hotel was in need of some renovation (window frames seemed to be falling apart for example, and bar decor is quite drab). The real ale had not been kept very well and two pints were rejected.
